Promover una gestión turística sostenible impulsando Planes de dinamización turística y los entes de cooperación de carácter comarcal. Impulsar el desarrollo de la calidad certificada, en empresas y destinos turísticos.
Promover actuaciones en materia de formación para adecuar la oferta de recursos humanos en destino a las necesidades del sector, y la creación de empresas y/o nuevos productos turísticos.
La cooperación interempresarial y planificar, gestionar y supervisar las ayudas sectoriales.

The Charity Pincho Pote offered by the stand during the two days open to the public has raised 3,800 euros that will allow the NGO Zaporeak to supply 4,000 meals in the refugee camp on the Greek island of Lesbos. Basque Country shone bright at the International Tourism Fair (Fitur 2024), beating expectations with record numbers of professional connections made in its spacious work area. The figures represent the growing interest in our territory as a tourist destination and the attraction of the products offered by its companies and professionals. The participation of Basque Country in Fitur, headed by Minister Javier Hurtado, marked a significant increase compared to the previous year.
