Lehendakari Iñigo Urkullu took part in the  opening of “LOCAL 2030 - Local Action for Global Commitments”, the second panel of the VII High Level Political Forum (HLPF) 2019, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where he stressed that the Basque Country shares the vision of a People-focused world, committed to protecting the Planet and coexisting in Peace; capable of generating Prosperity by means of a Partnership model, which is called “auzolana” in Basque.
