The priority objectives are to create and maintain a regulatory framework that guarantees the public’s right to access basic and quality social services, Social Services Legislation, and the maintenance of a policy ensuring a minimum income and aid to families that ensures the fight against poverty, defence of people's dignity and maintenance of social cohesion in the Basque Country through Income Security, Social Inclusion and Family Support Legislation.
