Planning the Technology and Innovation Strategy of the Basque Country requires that we work decisively in order to bring R&D&I into line with the needs of Basque industry and make our companies more competitive. Together with the business sector, we are taking the necessary steps to optimise the Basque Network of Science and Technology and to develop an investment policy dependent upon monitoring reports measurable according to European parameters in order to assess and endorse results.

We implement European Union measures designed to support and finance innovating, technology-based companies by promoting actions linked to the Science and Technology Policy of the Basque Country in order to foster the transfer of technology between technology entities and companies.
