The Basque Government publishes the Calendar of Agricultural and Fishing Fairs and Markets for 2025

The Department of Food, Rural Development, Agriculture and Fisheries of the Basque Government, together with its HAZI Foundation, has published and inserted on its website the Calendar of Agricultural and Fishing Fairs and Markets for the year 2025 of the Basque Country. Mrs Amaia Barredo, Minister, details that “there are around 400 references included in the brochure thanks to the data supplied by the municipalities. In addition to their commercial importance for the first sector, they represent a link with the culture and traditions of our country”.

Amaia Barredo said: “agricultural and fishing events are one of the main connections between rural and urban areas, and they promote KM0 products and enable excellent local purchases, contributing to the sustainable development of our rural and coastal communities.”
