Come Celebrate Red Bay’s World Heritage Site Designation!

Celebrate Parks Day at Red Bay! Starting at 2 p.m., our guided experience on Saddle Island: “Echoes from the Past.” An interpreter in period costume will take you on a guided walk through the remains of the Basque whaling station on the island. Hear stories of 16th century Red Bay, sit and chat with a whaler, and listen to local musicians.
