The aim of these agreements is to improve the language skills of public employees in these institutions and to promote the use of Euskera. The IVAP will offer language training courses, specifically Basque language and literacy courses and language training corresponding to language profile 4. The signatory institutions will facilitate the participation of their staff in these courses.

Both agreements will be valid until 2 October 2028. The parties may expressly agree the extension of the agreement for a period of up to four years, or the its termination.
