Our functions and policy areas are as follows: overseeing the mainstreaming the use of the Basque Language and its promotion, along with promoting the use of the Basque Language (euskaldunización) among adults. Regulating and managing sports, protecting the artistic-historical heritage, museums, libraries and archives; and issuing broadcasting licences and allocating frequencies.
